Refund Policy + Fees and Payment

My fees for acting coaching services, acting courses, drop-in sessions, audition classes, acting careers advice, acting classes in preparation for actors who are auditioning for National Youth Theatre auditions and self-tape practice  are listed on this website and are subject to change with notice. Payment for services is to be confirmed between yours and myself via email or WhatsApp message. I only accept payment via cash or bank transfer.

I strive to provide the highest-quality acting coaching services to my clients. However, I do understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue a refund and the process for requesting one. As you will see, sometimes there are cancellation fees but I hope you can understand a lot of time and hours go into creating individual courses for my clients, as well as the fact that places can be hard to fill at short notice. 

Cancellation by Us:If we need to cancel a course or class for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. This is only in regards to the Drop-In Sessions. If  for some reason I must cancel a session in a 4-10 week course, I will offer a rescheduling of the session. If the rescheduling cannot be met by you, then I will gladly offer a refund on the cost of the individual session.

If, in the unlikely event that I must cancel an entire course, I will provide options for rescheduling, but in the event of this being unsuccessful, I will provide you with a full refund that will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.

I will never tolerate physical abuse in either in or outside of an exercise, but with the nature of the work, where it is reasonable and/or applicable, the client may be required to use profanities (e.g. a script/dialogue uses explicit language). However, I reserve the right to cancel a course and not provide a full refund if I am met with any form of verbal or physical abuse from a client directed at me outside the confines of an exercise.

Cancellation by You:

If you need to cancel your registration for a course or class, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start date (Drop-In session): full refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start date (Drop-In Session): No refund available. I hope you can understand that it is difficult for me to fill that slot with such short notice.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the start date (4-10 week courses): If for some reason you cannot partake in the course any longer and cancel with 7+ days notice, I will offer a full refund minus a 25% cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an individual session during one of these courses, I cannot offer a refund on that single session but will endeavour to reschedule the session for you. In the case of the Full and Premium acting courses, this cancellation period begins after your first introductory session, which is free. If you wish to cancel the course after this meeting the relevant fees will apply.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the start date (4-10 week courses): If for some reason you cannot partake in the course any longer and cancel with less than 7 days notice, I will offer a full refund minus a 50% adminstrative fee. In the case of the Full and Premium acting courses, this cancellation period begins after your first introductory session, which is free. If you wish to cancel the course after this meeting the relevant fees will apply.

Refund Process:To request a refund, please contact me via email or Whatsapp message. I will review your request and issue a refund, if applicable, within 5-7 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
